You are on the Trip Registry powered by HoneymoonWishes.com. By using this Trip Registry; you are indicating your willingness to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, please do not use the Trip Registry or this site. Please be aware that we reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you. Such revised Terms and Conditions will take effect only when they are posted to the site. You acknowledge that the Trip Registry will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from or related to the use or inability to use the Trip Registry. Some jurisdictions do not allow the waiver of such damages, so this may not apply to you, but the waiver will apply to the furthest extent allowed by law.

Management of Funds and Customer Service

Our Honeymoon Wishes, Inc. manages all the funds that are received through the use of this Trip Registry. All questions regarding payment and the use of the registry are to be directed to www.Honeymoonwishes.com or call 858-433-1506 for customer service.

Transactions

All transactions, prices and payments are in US Dollars.

Payment

For US registrants, all gift monies received will be sent to the travel supplier 50 days prior to departure. After the 50 day deadline and after the gifts have been processed and the funds cleared, they then become available to you. You may choose to be paid by check, through a direct ACH (Bank to Bank transfer) payment, or electronically through Pay Pal. You may request a payment at anytime or set up your own payment schedule. If you do not set up a payment schedule or request a payment by confirmed email the payment process will automatically be initiated five (5) days prior to your honeymoon. And gifts received after your trip date will be sent or processed and payment initiated upon the funds clearing. All checks are sent by regular US mail unless prior arrangements are made for overnight delivery which an additional fee of $21.00 will be charged for this service. The cost of mailing checks outside of the USA will be charged to you at the current US postal service rate and deducted from the gift money amount. Note that there may be fluctuations in exchange rates between the time the gift is made and when your receive your monies, also currency conversion fees may be applied.

If you requested payment by check, the checks will be sent to the address you provided. If you change your mailing address after you initially set up your account and do not update your personal information, we will not be responsible for the lost check. A new check can be issued but you will be charged a $30.00 stop payment fee. We are not responsible or liable for any losses or hardships due to lost mail or untimely deliveries

If you choose Pay Pal as your form of payment your gift money will be sent electronically to Pay Pal through the information you provided us.

If you choose to be paid through ACH the gift money will go directly from our bank to your bank through the routing information you provided us.

Although we will make every effort to ensure that these transactions are processed timely we have no control of the gift money during this payment process through Pay Pal or your individual bank, we are not associated with Pay Pal, and we are not responsible or liable for any hardships or losses due to you choosing either of these services. Please note that ACH transfers may not be available outside of the USA. You are responsible to keep your personal information updated and correct. In the event of credit card or check fraud, the recipient will immediately return the gift money to the payee.

For Canadian registrants, gift monies will not be sent to the supplier. After the gifts have been processed and the funds cleared, they then become available to you. You may request gift monies to be transferred anytime, as many times as you choose. Funds will be transferred through PayPal. PayPal is a separate entity and you should contact PayPal directly for details on their account. Note that there may be fluctuations in exchange rates between the time the gift is made and when your receive your monies, also currency conversion fees may be applied.

Services and Fees

We do not charge a set up fee to use the registry. The service fee includes: administration of the account, payments processing and all accounting, hosting of all photos for photo album and trip website, gift announcements, e-cards, all customer service and you can request your gift money anytime and as often as you wish.

There is a 7% service fee charged on all gift transactions. During the sign up process you will choose whether you'd prefer the 7% service fee to be added to or deducted from each gift amount. There are no additional fees if the buyer purchases a gift by check. If a buyer uses a credit card to make a purchase, then a standard 3% credit card fee will be charged to the buyer. This 3% fee is for the Credit Card processing. This keeps the credit card holders information secure. No one in our office ever sees the credit card information.

Credit Card Disputes

If a gift is disputed by the purchaser of a gift with their credit card company and the gift has been collected from the registry. The recipient is responsible to return the gift to us. If a gift is disputed by the purchaser with their credit card company (Usually because they do not recognize the charge on their credit card) before the gift has been collected by the recipient then the fee charged to us by the credit card company of $15.00 will be deducted from the gift amount.

Correct Information

You are responsible to keep your registry account updated with the correct personal information. If a check is mailed to the address on your account and this is not the current address and a new check has to be issued a stop payment and re issuance fee of $28.00 will be assessed. If your PayPal or bank information is incorrect, your transfer will be returned and a $15.00 fee will be charged.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless all Affiliates, partners, vendors, suppliers and Our Honeymoon wishes inc, including all of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss it may incur, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees as a result of your use of this website.

Gifts and Gift Prices

When a registry is set up each gift has only a suggested gift amount. The gift receiver determines the price of the actual gift they wish to receive. We are not responsible for any amount different from the actual price and suggested price. Most gift prices are seasonal and subject to change, for example.

Schedule Changes

If you change your trip date, you are responsible to log into your account and revise your trip date information. The standard gift payment plan will then change to reflect the new trip date.

Trip Cancelled

We are available to work with you personally to help you in this event. Our policy is the same as any gift registry where you would be responsible to return the gift amount to the gift giver.

Registering Outside of the USA

You may register outside of the USA but in order to be paid your gift money you must either have or establish a Pay Pal account (make sure that Pay Pal has the capability to convert US dollars to your currency) Or you will be sent a check in US currency with the cost of postage deducted from the gift amount. As a guest outside of the USA you may only purchase a gift by credit card unless you contact us to make other arrangements. All amounts on this site are quoted in US dollars. Note that there may be fluctuations in exchange rates between the time the gift is made and when your receive your monies, also currency conversion fees may be applied.

This means that the entity or person, not the site, is entirely responsible and liable for the content they upload post or otherwise transmit. This site does not claim ownership of the content you place on the Trip Registry.
